![]() I tried to compile gstreamer 1.20 in my environment but it failed and as the solution is rather complex I was not able to get a valid build containing all the plugins and stuff I do need. But according to his comments it should work even with the limitiations inside 1.14. ![]() I installed the gstreamer library from the apt repository so I'm still using gstreamer 1.14 and I also saw the issue in this version as described by kingosticks. I do get bad credentials error:Įrror=GLib.Error('Could not get/set settings from/on resource.', 'gst-resource-error-quark', 13) debug='audio/spotify/src/spotifyaudiosrc/imp.rs(280): gstspotify::spotifyaudiosrc::imp (): /GstPlayBin:playbin0/GstURIDecodeBin:uridecodebin0/GstSpotifyAudioSrc:source:\nLogin failed with reason: Bad credentials' But playing content via mopidy, mpd and the Iris frontend does not work. Playing audio using the gst-launch-1.0 spotifyaudiosrc and sending the credentials via commandline works quite well. Thanks a lot to the team for spending the effort to come to a solution.Īfter reading the whole thread several times now and getting in touch with the whole architecture of gstreamer, mopidy-spotify and mopidy itself I was able to get all the bits and pieces in place.
